Ginger Juice for Stomach Ache

Stomach ache is a very tricky problem to many people, especially when it is triggered by gas related issues. In most of these cases the easy remedy that can be applied is ginger juice. Take the juice from one or two pieces of ginger by grinding it in the mixer. Squeeze the juice out of the ground mass of ginger. Add one or two teaspoons of dry ginger juice in half glass of water and drink it. Try this especially early morning or after the food.
